General Terms and Conditions

1. The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been ordered and confirmed, or—if confirmation was not possible due to time constraints—made available.

2. Conclusion of the accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration for which the contract was concluded.

3. The guest is obliged, in the event of non-utilization of the contractual services,

4. to pay the agreed price or the standard rate customary for the establishment.

4.a The hotelier is required, in good faith, to re-let rooms that are not utilized

4.b whenever possible, in order to avoid financial loss.

4.b Until the room is re-let, the guest must pay the amount calculated according to Clause 3

4.b for the duration of the contract.

5. Cancellation deadlines:

Standard periods
1 – 3 rooms: 24 hours prior to arrival
3 – 5 rooms: 3 days prior to arrival
5 – 10 rooms: 7 days prior to arrival
10+ rooms: 14 days prior to arrival
20+ rooms: 4 weeks prior to arrival

Trade fair periods
1 – 3 rooms: 3 days prior to arrival
3 – 5 rooms: 7 days prior to arrival
5 – 10 rooms: 14 days prior to arrival
10+ rooms: 4 weeks prior to arrival
20+ rooms: 8 weeks prior to arrival

6.a Occupancy or vacating of hotel rooms (unless otherwise agreed):

Room occupancy (check-in time): 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Vacating the room (check-out time): 11:30 AM on the day of departure.

6.b Reserved rooms must be occupied no later than 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.

6.b If this does not occur, the hotel may dispose of the rooms, unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed upon. 7. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich.
