Booking and Cancellation

Booking Agreement

A booking agreement is made when you reserve a room and we confirm your reservation. If a confirmation is not possible in time, the agreement is made when we provide the room for you.

Once the booking agreement is made, both parties must fulfill the agreement. This applies regardless of the length of the stay.

If You Do Not Arrive

If you do not use the booked services, you must pay the agreed price.

We will try to rent the room to another guest in order to avoid a loss of income.

Until the room is rented to someone else, you must pay the costs for the booked period.

Cancellation Deadlines

Regular Periods

• 1 to 3 rooms: free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival

• 4 to 5 rooms: up to 3 days before arrival

• 6 to 10 rooms: up to 7 days before arrival

• 11 rooms or more: up to 14 days before arrival

• 20 rooms or more: up to 4 weeks before arrival

Trade Fair Periods

• 1 to 3 rooms: up to 3 days before arrival

• 4 to 5 rooms: up to 7 days before arrival

• 6 to 10 rooms: up to 14 days before arrival

• 11 rooms or more: up to 4 weeks before arrival

• 20 rooms or more: up to 8 weeks before arrival

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival

• Check-out: by 11:30 AM on the day of departure

Please arrive no later than 6:00 PM on your arrival day.

If you expect to arrive later, please let us know in advance. Without prior notice, the hotel may assign the room to another guest.

Place of Jurisdiction

For legal disputes, the place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
